Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to understand their mental health concerns and strengths.

• Provide individualized therapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with the treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community connections and therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Riverbend, you will work primarily with clients in a detox setting. This population may include individuals facing substance use challenges alongside co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
