Schedule Requirements

• Must be available forAM, PM, and evening visits
• Evening availability is required to accommodateafter-school pediatric patients
• Service area includesEdinburg and surrounding communities

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and agency standards. The therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and provide skilled interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualizedPlans of Care (POC)
• PerformSOC, Recertifications, Evaluations, and routine visits
• Implement treatment plans to improve strength, ROM, flexibility, and pain management
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the care team
• Adhere to allBrightStar Care standards, safety protocols, and regulations
• Travel within an established service radius
• Maintain compliance with alllocal, state, and federal regulations

What Were Looking For

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license
• Experience withboth adult and pediatric patients
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Kantime experience a plus; training provided)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy License (TX)
• CPR/BLS Certification
• TB Test or Chest X-ray
• Clear background check
