Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition

Location: Atlanta, GA, hybrid

A nationally recognized rehabilitation healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its recruitment function. This player-coach role combines hands-on recruiting with leadership of a high-performing team, driving full-cycle talent acquisition, workforce planning, sourcing strategy, process optimization, and employer branding. The Director will partner closely with leaders, leverage Workday and recruitment technology, and ensure hiring practices support both organizational growth and a strong, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a player-coach, managing critical requisitions while leading the recruiting team

• Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and talent pipeline development

• Drive innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven recruiting decisions

• Lead, coach, and develop recruiting team members

• Manage complex searches from sourcing through offer negotiation

• Optimize recruiting processes, systems, and reporting

• Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer branding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 6+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition leadership experience

• Proven success in a player-coach recruiting environment

• Strong negotiation and total rewards experience

• Experience leading high-performing teams
