Corporate Paralegal

Our client, a large publicly traded company, has an opening for a Corporate Paralegal at their headquarters in the Houston area. Candidate will offer comprehensive legal support across key functions within the company’s legal department. Responsibilities: Assist with ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations and organizational policies, procedures, and all corporate governance management. Manage corporate records, assist in management and drafting board materials for annual and quarterly meetings, as well as other corporate matters. Assist in preparation and review of commercial contracts, leases, purchase and supply agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (“NDAs”). Organize legal and compliance training. Assist with SEC filings (10q/10k), and executive compensation programs. Management of invoices from outside counsel and service providers. Other duties reasonable and consistent with the position as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree a plus, and 3 years corporate paralegal experience.
