Operations ManagerThe Great Escape Room is looking for a customer-focused Operations Manager for our St. Petersburg, Florida location. If you love creating memorable experiences and leading a team in a fun, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.At The Great Escape Room, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting a team, and helping create a positive, engaging atmosphere for both guests and staff.What you'll do:Support the team in delivering outstanding customer serviceAssist with weekly schedulesEnsure every guest has a fun, welcoming, and memorable experienceSupport team members throughout their shifts and step in when neededHelp maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environmentWe're looking for someone who is approachable, dependable, and enjoys working closely with both guests and their team.Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.Starting at $21/hr PTO Benefit stipend
