Project Manager Assistant - Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist is an administrative position responsible for providing support to the Project Manager and Program Manager for our production teams. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and communication to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish. This position is specifically responsible for assisting the team with billing and invoice preparation for the Client. This role includes updating project budgets, reviewing invoices, maintaining project templates and contracts and assisting with project billing. Minimum Must have one of the following: High-school diploma or GED and 3 years work experience in an office environment. 2-year degree and 1-year work experience. Must have all the following 1-year experience in MS Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Preferred Applicable work experience in an Architectural or Engineering consulting firm. Applicable work experience with Adobe Suite. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP 1 year of applicable work experience with Microsoft Excel including but not limited to creating and organizing data, working with formulas, and creating pivot tables, and willingness to learn and apply additional skills as they relate to the job. #J-18808-Ljbffr American Institute of Architects
