Restaurant Supervisor

The Alloy a Doubletree by Hilton is currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. Responsibilities include: directing the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets, supervising restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation associates, training associates on food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards, assisting with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates, maintaining open communication between management and staff, administering disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs, taking immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant, participating in weekly staff, sales, and food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory, ensuring all food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes, and supporting food service operations across the hotel as needed.

Qualifications include: previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required, knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service, micros system experience preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $25.20/hour.
