As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support by managing order processing, generating quotes, addressing technical product questions, and collaborating across departments to guarantee that orders are fulfilled precisely and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage the accurate and timely processing of customer requests, including quotes, returns, back orders, and new sales orders. Communicate essential details to clients regarding current pricing, delivery timelines, order status, and product availability. Help clients identify the right motor solutions by analyzing technical performance data and documentation to ensure the best product fit. Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, and sales departments to streamline order completion and address any client concerns. Foster long-term client loyalty by delivering prompt service and maintaining consistent, proactive communication. Oversee the processing of warranty claims and product returns while adhering to established organizational guidelines. Ensure all client interactions and account details are documented accurately within the CRM database. Cultivate a deep technical knowledge of company product lines, industry-specific applications, and available solutions. Drive account growth by reaching out to current clients to showcase new promotional offers and product additions. Facilitate sales growth by actively engaging with prospects and existing clients to secure repeat business and new orders. Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by management. Required Qualifications and Skills Completion of a High School diploma or an equivalent educational background. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with additional consideration given to those with vocational or technical training. A minimum of three years of professional experience in inside sales or customer support within a manufacturing or industrial setting. A strong foundational knowledge of mechanical power transmission, drives, or industrial electric motors is preferred. Demonstrate technical proficiency by effectively interpreting complex product specifications and technical manuals. Maintain high standards for verbal and written communication to provide superior client support. Demonstrated competency using CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
