• Diverse, sophisticated matters: our lawyers handle complex, challenging, highstakes disputes across a broad range of disciplines, including professional liability, commercial litigation, appellate matters, insurance coverage, employment, cyber, securities, whitecollar defense, community association, construction, and general liability matters.
• Real litigation experience: frequent hearings, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial opportunities. Our lawyers do not spend years on the sidelines.
• Ownership and visibility: manage matters from inception through resolution, with meaningful client and carrier contact.
• Direct access: work closely with experienced trial and appellate lawyers rather than functioning only in a support role.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

BILLABLE EXPECTATION:

The positions generally carry an expectation of approximately 2,000 billable hours annually.

EXPERIENCE:

Two or more years preferred; exceptional candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

STATE / ADMISSION:

Florida Bar admission required. Admission to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida is a plus.
