This position offers the opportunity to handle complex appellate matters across a broad range of legal issues, working closely with trial teams and clients to develop persuasive legal arguments and strategies at the appellate level. Draft and argue appellate briefs in state and federal courts Handle appeals involving complex commercial, business, and civil litigation matters Conduct in-depth legal research and develop strategic appellate arguments Collaborate with trial attorneys to preserve issues for appeal and shape litigation strategy Participate in oral arguments and assist with post-trial motions and related proceedings Provide advisory support on appellate risk and legal strategy to clients and internal teams Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission 2-4 years of appellate or complex litigation experience with a strong emphasis on brief writing Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills Experience with federal and Florida appellate courts preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-stakes matters Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
