Associate Attorney

Overview The largest Workers' Compensation Defense firm in the Southeast seeks a talented attorney for our Orlando/Maitland office. We are looking to mentor associates who are bright, hard‑working, have strong communication skills, and want to work in an active and engaging practice. We strongly believe in training and promoting from within, and we have a Director of Associate Advancement to help you progress in your career with us. The average is 5 years for an associate to earn Partnership. We offer very competitive compensation packages ranging into 6‑figures based on experience and excellent growth opportunities. You will work closely with partners and senior associates who will provide active mentoring and client contact. In exchange, they seek an eager associate who wants to learn how to master the litigation process and who will anticipate the needs of a case to make it his/her own and the ability to grow his/her own caseload. To qualify for this position, you must have graduated from an accredited law school and be an active member of the Bar. 0 – 5 years of experience is preferred.
