New fast growing plumbing company based out of Orange County specializing in commercial, residential, and hospital service looking for experienced foreman. Seeking motivated, problem solving, organized foreman to be flexible and willing to run jobs in multiple fields. Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Job Details:
- 4 years' experience in plumbing with supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to read plans and knowledge of local plumbing codes.
- Problem solve with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, emails, time sheets etc.
- Manage other plumbers and provide training and mentorship to apprentices.
- Work with water, gas, waste, vent, pumps, steam etc.
- Use all plumbing related equipment, pro press, solder, drain clearing, camera and line locator.
- Use all plumbing material, copper, cast iron, abs, iron pipe, trac pipe etc.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance.
- Bi-lingual a plus but not necessary.
