The role offers meaningful litigation responsibility, client interaction, and long-term growth within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.Candidate ProfileJD from an accredited law school with a strong academic recordActive Massachusetts Bar admission, in good standing3-7 years of substantive labor and employment litigation experienceExperience handling employment-related disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour matters, and other workplace-related issuesStrong experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and related litigation documentsExperience taking and defending depositionsExperience appearing in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedingsAbility to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skillsExperience providing employment counseling and advice to management teams is preferredLarge law firm or employment boutique experience preferredSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitrationDraft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requestsConduct witness interviews, legal research, and case analysisTake and defend depositions and assist with trial and hearing preparationDevelop litigation strategy and work directly with clients to achieve favorable outcomesAdvise employers on employment law compliance and workplace risk management issuesCollaborate with attorneys across the firm's labor and employment practice on complex mattersManage case files and litigation deadlines from inception through resolutionWhy Join Us?This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the nation's leading labor and employment law practices.
