The Transplant Coordinator functions as a nurse in an expanded role. Serves as liaison with the transplant team, nephrologists, consulting services, dialysis facilities, dietitians, and social workers as they involve pre-transplant patients. Travel to Wichita, KS and Springfield, MO. once a month is required for this role.
