Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly collaborative and data-driven People Business Partner (PBP) Generalist to serve as a strategic and operational partner for our global People Business Partner organization. In this unique role, you will support a team of 25 PBPs and work closely with business leaders, People Operations, Analytics, and Centers of Excellence to drive critical people initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong HR business partnership experience with exceptional analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. You are comfortable working with large datasets, building executive-ready presentations, supporting organizational changes, and ensuring seamless execution of talent programs across the business. What You'll Do People Data & Operational Excellence Deliver accurate and actionable workforce analytics, including attrition, demographics, organizational health, exit trends, and span of control metrics. Translate complex people data into executive-friendly dashboards, presentations, and reports. Partner with Employee Relations, Compliance, and People teams to establish reporting standards and operational processes. Audit and validate reporting outputs to ensure data accuracy and quality. HR Systems & Business Support Generate and maintain Workday reports related to headcount, organizational structure, job profiles, and reporting relationships. Support Return-to-Office (RTO) analytics and compliance reporting. Create onboarding analytics and executive briefing materials for senior leaders. Serve as a trusted operational resource for business leaders and People Business Partners. Organizational Planning & Change Management Coordinate organizational restructuring activities and Workday employee movements. Design and maintain organizational charts to support workforce planning initiatives. Manage communication distribution lists and support change management activities. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute complex organizational transitions. Talent Programs & Project Management Lead localized project plans for annual people programs, including: Performance Reviews Promotions Compensation & Rewards Cycles Employee Engagement Surveys Mid-Year Reviews Coordinate executive offsites, leadership presentations, and strategic people initiatives. Track milestones, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of key HR programs. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3-5 years of HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner capacity Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Strong experience partnering directly with managers and business leaders Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, including:
