Pay Rate: $32 - $43/hr

We're partnering with a growing construction and infrastructure organization seeking a Labor Compliance Specialist to support a portfolio of active California projects. This role offers the chance to take ownership of compliance efforts, work closely with project leadership, and play a key role in keeping large-scale projects running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• Review and audit certified payroll reports
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and public works requirements
• Partner with project teams, subcontractors, payroll, and legal stakeholders
• Support audits, investigations, and agency inquiries
• Identify compliance risks and help drive corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of labor compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll
• Familiarity with California DIR requirements
• Experience with LCPtracker or similar systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
