KYC Analyst

Robert Half is seeking a KYC Analyst on behalf of our client, a growing organization within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in customer due diligence, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. The KYC Analyst will play a key role in supporting onboarding, periodic reviews, and ongoing monitoring activities to help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.Key Responsibilities:Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews for new and existing clientsConduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) based on risk profilesReview and validate client documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirementsInvestigate discrepancies, identify potential red flags, and escalate concerns when appropriateMaintain accurate customer records and update internal systems with relevant findingsPartner with compliance, legal, and operations teams to resolve outstanding documentation issuesSupport periodic account reviews and remediation effortsAssist with audit requests and regulatory inquiries as neededStay current on AML, KYC, sanctions, and related compliance requirements
