Job Title: Help Desk II Job Type: Long-Term Contract Client: Direct State Client Wisconsin Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week) Interview: Microsoft Teams (Round 1) | Possible In-Person (Round 2) Job Description We are seeking a Help Desk II professional to support a Direct State Client in Wisconsin . This role focuses on IT Hardware Asset Management , including asset lifecycle management, inventory audits, hardware tracking, reporting, and end-user support in an enterprise environment. Required Skills 3+ years of IT Hardware Asset Management experience Experience with Cherwell ITSM Experience with Ivanti Neurons / Ivanti IT Hardware Inventory Management Physical & Electronic Asset Audits IT Asset Lifecycle Management Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets/OpenOffice Calc) Asset Tracking & Reporting Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills Enterprise IT Support experience Preferred Skills IT Hardware Purchasing & Deployment Hardware Repair Coordination Support Ticket Management Warehouse Operations Desktop Support experience Key Responsibilities Maintain IT hardware asset data in Cherwell and Ivanti Track and manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets Perform physical and electronic inventory audits Coordinate hardware recovery during employee offboarding Monitor missing asset SLAs and escalated when required Prepare inventory and asset management reports Support warehouse operations and asset logistics Provide first-level IT support for hardware asset requests Additional Requirements Hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in an enterprise IT environment Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Portus
