Rare Disease Account Manager, Immunology Autoantibody Diseases (San Francisco/Sacramento)

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Rare Disease Account Manager to drive sales performance and market strategy for immunology autoantibody disease treatments across Northern California. The role involves managing territory sales objectives, building stakeholder relationships, and coordinating cross-functional field teams to optimize patient access and clinical adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales performance and demand to meet or exceed forecasts within local healthcare market
• Develop and execute local business and account plans to identify patient opportunities and remove fulfillment barriers
• Serve as quarterback coordinating cross-functional field partners including MSLs, KAMs, and reimbursement specialists
• Leverage marketing resources and payer expertise to demonstrate clinical value and educate on patient access options
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, health systems, and infusion service providers to secure formulary status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Five or more years pharmaceutical field sales experience
• Three or more years specialty sales and/or key account management
• Strong clinical, product, and business acumen
• Demonstrated consistent high sales performance and leadership capability
• Ability to travel up to 50% and relocate to territory
• Proven collaborative and strategic planning skills
