YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:
As a Lead Plumbing and Drain Specialist, you will arrive ready to tackle a wide range of residential plumbing challenges. You'll diagnose and repair plumbing systems, from water heaters and leak detection to complex drain cleaning and pipe repairs. As the trusted face of Efficient Plumbing & Heating, you will communicate clearly with homeowners, explain their options, and make honest recommendations that build long-term trust. You'll identify opportunities for system upgrades, water filtration, and preventative maintenance that boost your commissions. You will maintain a clean workspace and deliver high-quality craftsmanship, using premium tools and a modern company vehicle. Every day, your skills and commitment will be recognized and celebrated in a positive, fast-paced environment.
LEAD PLUMBING AND DRAIN SPECIALIST MUST-HAVES:
- Several years of residential service and drain cleaning experience
- Diagnostic skills to handle challenging plumbing jobs
