Market Area Manager – Dealer Relationships (Outside Sales) Credit Acceptance is an award‑winning used‑car finance company that supports a strong culture of professional growth. We are looking for driven, consultative, and influential sales professionals to lead market growth across assigned territories. About this Position The role requires on‑field presence within a geographic territory. Residence within or near the territory is required. Key Responsibilities Prospect automotive dealerships to enhance business development outcomes. Account management and client services to build a strategic and consultative relationship with customers. Run a territory as a small‑business owner with entrepreneurial drive and dedication. Qualifications Minimum 80% travel within the market. Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Valid driver’s license, insurance and registration. Occasional overnight travel ( Degrees earned at accredited higher‑education institutions (Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent). Preferred: Knowledge or experience in auto finance or retail operations of automobile dealerships; existing relationships with dealers in the defined territory. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary $124,800 + Uncapped Commission. Uncapped earning potential with a base salary and commission. Quarterly profit sharing.
