Hospitality Coordinator The Greens at Gastonia | Gastonia, NC Certified as a Great Place to Work for Four Consecutive Years The Greens at Gastonia is seeking a compassionate, outgoing, and service-oriented Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. This role is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for our residents and their families by ensuring each resident's stay is as comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable as possible. As the Hospitality Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, helping to coordinate services, address concerns, and enhance the overall resident experience from admission through discharge. Key Responsibilities Welcome newly admitted residents and assist with their transition into the facility. Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to identify and meet resident needs. Maintain daily contact with residents to ensure a positive and high-quality customer service experience. Provide information regarding facility services, programs, activities, and day-to-day events. Assist residents, families, and visitors with questions, concerns, and requests. Coordinate and obtain personal comfort items and amenities for residents as needed. Plan and assist with special events, celebrations, resident recognition programs, and family engagement activities. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners. Identify opportunities to enhance resident satisfaction and overall quality of life. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in guest services, hospitality, customer service, healthcare, senior living, or a related field preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible, professional, and patient in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff.
