Salary Range: $50,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Bookkeepers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including tax withholdings and benefits deductions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Prepare and submit sales tax returns and other government filings as required.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP system.
• Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Understanding of cost accounting principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
