Description Full-Service Investment Banking Firm Hiring Sales Trainees for their private placement/institutional sales division. Think Equity LLC is seeking account executive trainees for our Boca Raton office specifically within the Private Placement/Institutional sales team. We provide our employees with a strong, energetic environment in which to grow. As such, we seek individuals with inherent determination to succeed. The Account Executive Trainee position is a highly entrepreneurial role, requiring extensive client development prospecting and selling. We will provide sponsorship for Series 7 and Series 63 licensing. Senior Managing Directors with over 70 years of combined experience are hiring up to 30 trainees for rapid expansion. Qualifications The ability to articulate yourself with confidence. A natural enthusiasm for sales or telephone work. A high level of integrity. A general understanding of the financial markets and private/public companies. An unparalleled work ethic and the desire to achieve an extremely high level of success relative to your peers. Common sense and intelligence. Qualifications that may be helpful A Series 7 license Telemarketing experience Bilingual a plus but not required. An interest or background in venture capital and/or biotechnology and healthcare An existing network of individuals or institutions who are interested in alternative investments. If you do not like sales or do not enjoy working on the telephone, this job is not for you. Compensation: Base salary of $34,000 plus monthly commissions – once registered.
