Production Associate

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Jaffrey, NH to bring on General Production Associates! This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity with a great schedule and consistent overtime potential. Position: General Production Associate Pay Range: $17–$18/HR Location: Jaffrey, NH Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (OT available on Fridays) Job Description We are looking for General Production Associates to support daily operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role includes operating machines, packaging finished products, and assisting with production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met. Key Responsibilities Operate production machines and monitor performance Load materials and keep machines running efficiently Package finished products and prepare for shipment Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards Assist with moving materials and staging products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety and production procedures Support team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Team‑oriented with a good work ethic Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include: Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Short‑term disability Additional voluntary benefits EAP program Commuter benefits 401K plan Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
