Back Server - Duemani Restaurant

Back Servers are responsible for supporting Servers throughout service to ensure every guest receives prompt, polished, and attentive hospitality. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in fine dining while learning high-level service standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery.
- Set, reset, and maintain tables according to Duemani service standards.
- Refill water, clear plates, and assist with table maintenance throughout service.
- Ensure stations remain fully stocked with service essentials.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, managers, and the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room.
- Anticipate guest and team needs before they arise.
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
