The Role As a Co-Teacher or Assistant Teacher, you will co-lead a classroom of two, three or four-year-olds through a developmentally grounded curriculum that prepares them - academically, socially, and emotional. Our classrooms will reflect your joy, your planning, your standards, and your passion for readiness. You will: Design and deliver daily lessons aligned with Balanced Learning® Preschool curriculum frameworks Build early literacy foundations through engaging, hands-on experiences that strengthen phonological awareness, print concepts, vocabulary, and comprehension Develop early math skills: number sense, counting, patterns, shapes, and problem-solving Foster executive function skills: self-regulation, attention, and task completion Prepare students for the future, including school-day structure and behavioral expectations Assist with ongoing developmental assessments and communicate results clearly to families Support strong family partnership practices - including assist with conferences, daily updates, and milestone communication Collaborate and work alongside the teacher within your classroom Partner with families through their child's Potty-Training process and support their journey - Twos classroom ONLY.
