Diversified Sourcing Solutions are seeking a motivated and organized Onsite Recruiter Support professional to assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and daily workforce management. This position serves as a key liaison between employees, candidates, and management to ensure staffing needs are met and employees receive exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
• Assist with employee attendance tracking and documentation.
• Maintain employee files and ensure onboarding documents are completed accurately.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, job offers, and start dates.
• Conduct employee check-ins and provide exceptional customer service.
• Partner with client management to address staffing needs and workforce concerns.
• Assist with payroll-related inquiries, timecard review, and punch corrections.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Support employee retention efforts through regular engagement and follow-up.
• Maintain recruiting reports, staffing metrics, and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, administrative, HR, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.
