Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution with with active, unrestricted medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Proven experience in emergency department settings
• Excellent clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-stakes situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications such as ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience preferred but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) on a 3x12-hour schedule
• CPR certification and compliance with all state and federal licensing requirements
• Travel and licensure-related reimbursements when applicable
