Hands-on Sourcing & Outreach (80–90% of the role): Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines. System Management: Submitting candidates intoclients' systems and managing data within the ATS. AI systems to source Onboarding Ramp-up: Undergoing a 2-week onboarding program, with expectations to start building pipelines by the middle of Week 2. Must Haves Minimum 1 to 3+ years ofrecruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful). Strong Boolean search and complex keystring buildingtalent (will be tested in the interview). Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems. Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting. Ability to work 100% onsite. Plusses Prior experiencerecruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).
