Pay From: $21 Per Hour MUST: 2+ years' experience working in a multi-physician specialty practice Checking candidates in and out Scheduling appointments Verifying insurance Entering patient information into EMR Obtaining pre-authorizations Collecting co-pays Documenting information in EMR
DUTIES:
- Answer phones
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance
- Collect co-pays
- Obtain pre-authorizations
- Enter and update patient information in EMR
- Provide customer service support
- Document patient information in EMR
