VP, Product Management - CTV

Own and articulate the vision and strategic roadmap for all CTV across buy-side and sell-side initiatives, including Publica-related product initiatives. Manage, mentor, and elevate a team of 6–7 product managers. Guide delivery of an ambitious roadmap and milestones across content-transparency measurement, pre-bid controls, and measurable media-quality business performance. Partner with Go-To-Market and Product Marketing teams to launch products, drive market adoption, and deliver revenue impact. Serve as an internal and external evangelist for CTV products. Build relationships and manage stakeholder needs across Business Development, M&A, engineering, sales, clients, and industry partners. Conduct market research, opportunity assessments, and competitive analysis. Identify opportunities for organic growth and potential acquisitions. Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and engage with the board and senior leadership team. Requirements Deep technical and market knowledge of the CTV ecosystem, including SSAI, header bidding, ad serving, DSPs, and SSPs. 15+ years in Product Management, with a significant portion focused on programmatic, video, and/or CTV advertising products. Demonstrated success building and delivering complex products from strategy through launch, including navigating product failures and extracting key learnings. Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing high-performing product teams, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Exceptional ability to lead through ambiguity, manage trade-offs, and influence cross‑functional partners without direct authority. Strong commercial mindset, linking product strategy directly to revenue growth and business outcomes. Passion for innovation and change management, inspiring teams to leverage technologies like AI. Outstanding communication skills, including engaging external clients, presenting to executive boards, and inspiring engineering teams. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and willingness to roll up your sleeves. Strong business acumen; experience in M&A evaluation and complex partner negotiations is a significant plus.
