What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors and clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls appropriately
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Operating office equipment such as copy machines and postage machines
- Providing general administrative support to the team and management
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience handling multi-line phones and customer service skills
- Familiarity with copy machines and postal equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and professional appearance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with accounts payable is a plus but not required
- Work in a professional office environment with a friendly team
- Immediate start with consistent weekday hours
