About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a high-growth environment, particularly in M&A execution and operational transformation. Experience with multi-site operations, private equity-backed organizations, and a strong understanding of value creation strategies are essential. The role requires a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage change, and a focus on continuous improvement. The COO will also be responsible for leading a distributed operations team and must be adept at working remotely and leading geographically dispersed teams.
