Schedule: 1st shift, with availability for all shifts as needed

Position Overview

Kelly is seeking  Production Operators/Technicias to support harvesting, manufacturing, and warehouse operations at its Grand Rapids, Ohio, facility.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a production environment and performing machine operation, inspection, warehouse, and forklift-related duties.

Pay

• Base pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift start times may vary. Some weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and harvesting machinery.
• Perform inspection and quality-related work.
• Complete general production activities.
• Work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Follow workplace safety and operating procedures.
• Support production operations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification is a strong plus.
• Candidates without forklift certification may be trained.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
• Ability to work a schedule that may include weekends.
• Ability to work approximately 10 hours per day and 50 hours per week.
• Ability to perform work that may include sitting and forklift operation.
