Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain services to customers clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends.
- Check in internal vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with automotive service software and tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience as a service advisor is a plus.
