Human Resources Director

Finney's Crafthouse is a family-owned American tavern known for scratch-made food, local craft beer, and exceptional hospitality. Since opening in 2016, we've grown to 16 locations across Southern California, with our first restaurants in Nevada and Arizona opening next. We are looking for our first Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function, reporting directly to our Founder. This role requires the ability to handle Team Member relations and workplace investigations, own employment law compliance and wage and hour practice, run safety and workers' compensation, administer benefits and leave, and manage the policies, handbook, and employment infrastructure that support our existing footprint as well new restaurant openings and our entry into new states. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable building from scratch, and ready to serve as the company's senior HR authority. Candidates should have multi-unit experience in restaurants, hospitality, or retail, and direct experience with California wage and hour, workplace investigations, workers' compensation, and benefits renewals. Base salary $150,000 - $185,000, plus bonus. Hybrid, based out of our Westlake Village office, with frequent travel to our restaurants. #J-18808-Ljbffr FINNEY'S CRAFTHOUSE & KITCHEN
