Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates remotely, allowing you to provide therapy in a flexible setting that accommodates your lifestyle while ensuring the highest standards of client care. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a balance of professional commitments and personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Carson Counseling Center, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders and other psychological concerns.

• Implementing tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs, goals, and preferences while prioritizing evidence-based interventions.
\n
• Utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client engagement and promote healing.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care methodologies.
\n
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adapting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
\n
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Participating in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic practice.

• Advocating for clients’ mental health needs and working to destigmatize mental illness in the community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
