GoFractional is seeking a Fractional HR Lead to own people operations for a distributed team across the US, Central Asia, Georgia, and Latin America. This is a build role: you’ll create systems that keep functioning when you’re not watching. You will manage payroll end to end in Rippling, oversee contracts and classifications, run recruiting pipelines, and develop onboarding/offboarding processes while maintaining SOPs and templates. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gofractional
