Quick Facts Location: Mansfield, OH Start Date: 06/13/2026 Duration: Ongoing as needed Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts for emergency coverage Hours/week: Variable (per scheduled shifts) Employment Type: Per Diem Licensing/Certifications: Board-certified OB/GYN required Experience: Prior OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $230.10 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide OB triage, inpatient admissions, and delivery services Manage OB/GYN emergencies and critical care situations Evaluate pregnant patients involved in trauma or emergencies Coordinate obstetric care and follow-up for hospitalized patients Communicate in real-time with office physicians regarding triage visits and deliveries Collaborate with community OBs as part of a multidisciplinary team Assist in management of obstetric and gynecologic emergencies throughout your shift What You Need Valid Ohio medical license and OB/GYN certification At least 2 years of OB/GYN clinical experience preferred Strong skills in emergency response and patient management Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts About the Assignment Join a dedicated and collaborative team providing vital emergency OB/GYN care at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital.
