Customer Service Representative

Dallas, TX Area | 100% Onsite

$18- $26/hour

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible start times available: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM)

ROLE IMPACT

Join a well-established residential HVAC company with more than 60 years of success serving luxury homeowners. This is not a traditional call center role—our Customer Service Representatives act as trusted client account managers, delivering concierge-level service that turns stressful situations into exceptional customer experiences. Success in this role comes from building rapport, solving problems with empathy, and providing a premium level of care that reflects our reputation for white glove service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of luxury brand customer service experience with a strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.

• Experience serving luxury, hospitality, medical, financial services, property management, executive support, or other high-end clientele.

• Experience in HVAC or residential home service industries (training provided; HVAC knowledge not required).

• Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.

• Professional, dependable, team-oriented, and able to remain calm while assisting frustrated customers.

• Dispatching or service scheduling experience.
