Position Overview

Atarashii is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth of its Employee Training Partner network within the beauty industry. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new partnerships with salons, barbershops, and other beauty industry businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty trades, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a goal-oriented environment.

Previous sales experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and recruit new Employee Training Partners within the beauty industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with salon owners, barbershop owners, and industry professionals.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Present partnership opportunities and communicate the benefits of becoming an Employee Training Partner.
• Manage prospective partner relationships from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and partnership activity within a CRM.
• Meet established partnership acquisition goals and performance expectations.
• Independently manage daily outreach activities, follow-ups, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience within the beauty trades, including cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, salon management, or beauty education.
• Experience using CRM software or other relevant business technology.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable conducting outreach and developing new business relationships.
• Previous sales or business development experience preferred but not required.
