This position operates in a remote work setting, allowing you to connect directly with clients while enjoying flexibility in your work-life balance. Your primary hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Working remotely does not diminish the strength of our team, as we are committed to support and collaboration through regular virtual meetings and consultations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each patient to understand their specific needs, challenges, and goals regarding substance use disorder treatment.

• Develop individualized and actionable treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring a personalized approach to each patient's recovery.

• Lead individual counseling sessions using therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy, equipping patients with the skills they need to cope with addiction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
