Overview The Sr. Key Account Manager for HEYDUDE is responsible for driving growth across assigned wholesale accounts, delivering on sales and profitability targets, and building strong, long-term retail partnerships. This role leads end-to-end account management, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to maximize brand performance in the marketplace. Reports to the Director of Sales within the Sales organization.What You'll Do Drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned accounts by achieving or exceeding sales targets and seasonal objectives Manage end-to-end account ownership, including order acquisition, fulfillment oversight, compliance issues, and returns management Build and execute strategic account plans to grow market share, optimize assortment, and strengthen retailer partnerships Lead sell-in and sell-through performance in partnership with marketing and retail teams; monitor inventory, pricing, and markdown strategies Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing account relationships Analyze sales performance, marketplace trends, and competitor insights to inform strategy and decision-making Deliver compelling sales presentations aligned to seasonal merchandising and brand initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., operations, demand planning, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless execution and strong customer experience What You'll Bring to the Table BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience 7–10 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in footwear and key/strategic account management Strong understanding of the U.S. retail and wholesale landscape, including consumer and market dynamics Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage complex accounts, and influence outcomes with internal and external stakeholders Strong business acumen, including retail math, forecasting, and performance analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential); willingness to travel as needed (~50%)
