Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field required MBA or master's degree in information systems preferred CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, Cisco, Microsoft, or Azure certifications preferred Skills and Experience Requirements 7-10+ years of progressive information technology experience. 3-5+ years of IT leadership or supervisory experience. Experience developing and executing enterprise IT strategies and technology roadmaps. Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure. Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, ERP, CRM, WMS, and Shopify systems. Strong cybersecurity, risk management, and data privacy compliance knowledge. IT budgeting, technology procurement, and vendor contract negotiation experience. Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to operate independently and lead technology initiatives with autonomy. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk as needed Ability to sit for extended periods Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods Responsibilities and Job Duties Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with business growth. Lead IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, hardware, and enterprise systems. Recruit, mentor, and manage IT leaders and technology staff. Establish cybersecurity protocols and oversee technology risk assessments. Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and security requirements. Manage the annual IT budget, technology investments, and procurement. Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee technology partnerships. Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Partner with department leaders to identify and address technology needs. Optimize system performance, operational reliability, and user satisfaction.
