** Position Summary **

Jarrett and Price is seeking a skilled and compassionate Immigration Attorney to join our growing immigration practice. This attorney will manage a diverse caseload spanning the full range of immigration law, including employment-based immigration, removal defense, and also supporting our established family-based immigration and naturalization practice. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and is committed to guiding clients through some of the most consequential legal proceedings of their lives with clarity, empathy, and skill.

This is a growth-oriented role: the attorney in this position will play a key part in building out and developing our immigration practice, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the firm as that practice expands.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Manage a full caseload across multiple areas of immigration law, from initial consultation through resolution
• Represent clients in removal defense proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including hearings, motions, and appeals
• Handle employment-based immigration matters, including PERM labor certifications, H-1B petitions, and EB-category visa applications
• Advise on and prepare family-based immigration petitions and naturalization applications
• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations in both English and Spanish
• Prepare and file petitions, applications, briefs, and supporting documentation with USCIS, EOIR, and the Department of State
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients throughout the life of their case, many of whom are navigating high-stakes, emotionally difficult circumstances
• Stay current on changes in immigration law, policy, and procedure
• Collaborate with firm staff, paralegals, and firm leadership to ensure efficient case management and client service

** Required Qualifications **

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active law license, in good standing, in any U.S. state (immigration law is federal practice, so Georgia bar admission is not required)
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage matters across multiple areas of immigration law
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills, including experience appearing before immigration courts or administrative bodies
• Excellent client communication skills, with sensitivity to the personal and emotional stakes of immigration matters
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and deadlines

** Preferred Qualifications **

• Experience in removal defense, including litigating before EOIR
• Experience in employment-based immigration, including PERM, H-1B, and EB visa categories
• Experience with family-based immigration petitions and naturalization applications
• Familiarity with USCIS filing systems and procedures
• Existing relationships within the immigration legal community in Georgia are a plus, but not required
