As our Sales Order Fulfillment Analyst, you’ll keep customer orders moving smoothly, verify details, and connect with teammates across sales, inventory, and shipping—so every promise becomes a delivered reality.

• Enter and process customer orders with precision using our order management platform, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Work side-by-side with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to coordinate timely fulfillment.
• Keep a pulse on order status and proactively share updates with customers.
• Review order trends and data to uncover patterns and opportunities to improve processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, including payment questions and shipping discrepancies.
• Update and maintain customer information to keep records current and complete.
• Contribute to writing and refining order management policies and procedures.
• Support audit requests and related compliance activities with thorough documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in order management or a closely related function.
• Sharp analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with order management software.
• Clear, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting.
• A problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
