Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Operations Specialist to support HR processes, systems, and data accuracy. You'll help maintain HR records, support process improvements, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems
• Support HR process documentation and improvement efforts
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and status change processing
• Prepare HR reports and support data audits
• Respond to HR operational inquiries from employees and managers
• Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Assist with special HR projects as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in HR operations or HR support
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
