Description This position requires an active State Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license. Applicants without a current OTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered. Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Full Time HTS is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our therapy team at a top-rated skilled nursing facility in Kendallville, Indiana, just 30 minutes north of Fort Wayne. Dedicated to delivering long-term care and memory care, this facility is slower paced and focused on maintaining quality of life. In this position, the PTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs. Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
