The Role We’re expanding our elite sales team that handles the constant stream of inbound leads across all three of our core divisions: Criminal/Traffic Defense, Personal Injury, and License Reinstatement. What You’ll Do Handle inbound leads (no cold calling) and convert them into paying clients Speak fluently in English and Spanish to connect fast and close faster Guide clients through the decision to hire us and commit on the first call Use Salesforce to manage leads, track KPIs, and improve performance Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, strategies, and closing systems What You Bring Fluent in Spanish and English Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment Strong closer with emotional intelligence and confidence over the phone Motivated by targets, commissions, and performance-based rewards Organized, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume role Compensation: $100,000 Compensation: $100,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Driver Defense Team
